Richard West

Managing Partner-Johannesburg | Head of Audio Post Production | Supervising Sound Editor

Richard is the head of audio post production and a Managing Partner at Sound & Motion Studios, based at the Johannesburg branch. He is the senior re-recording mixer and supervising sound editor, but has also worked extensively over the last 20 years in other disciplines within post production audio. Having completed a residency with supervising sound editor Eddy Joseph (Harry Potter, Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace) in the UK, he brings a wealth of international expertise to the team. Richard is also the tech lead at the company, overseeing networking and IT infrastructure.
